Our Dear Customer we want you to have the best things from our store, yet somehow you are not satisfied with the product or you got the product which you did not order. Just send that back to us in three steps with Money Back Guarantee

We no longer accept returns not an exchange of sizes effective “The main concern is hygiene issue especially after the Covid-19 pandemic”. The size chart is listed clearly in the product descriptions. Please read them before buying. However, we still accept returns for defects or any other faults made by the seller.

If your order arrives damaged, we can issue refunds on a case-by-case basis. Simply contact us by email and we will get you sorted. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment.

We have 7 days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition, that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@zaysheen.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
